How long does it take to get a passport? |
| Ans.
Normally with all valid documents and proofs, it takes between 45 to 60
days to get your passport. |

Do I need a Visa and if so how do I get one? |
| Ans.Visa regulations vary
from day to day and country to country. Our advice is to check with the
applicable consulate or a visa specialist who can also issue your visa for
you.. |

If you send the reservation form, is this confirmed reservation?

| Ans.No, it is not. It
is a tentative reservation. Once we recieved the reservation form, we will
look for the availability of the flights you have requested. Also, we are
going to send the information such as the availability, flight schedule,
number etc.. by email to you and if you are satisfied with it, we formally
make a reservation. |

What is the process after you have made a reservation?

Ans.Basically,
1.We will inform you by phone or by mail about your reservation.
2.We will send you the invoice.
3.You make as a payment.
4.We deliver you the ticket.

| Q5.
Do I need to reconfirm my flights? |
Ans.All international
departures should be reconfirmed directly with the airline 72 hours prior
to departure. You may additionally want to call the airline on the day of
departure to verify on-time status. Domestic flights do not require confirmation.
We do, however, recommend you check on-time status with the airline on the
day of departure.
When reconfirming flights, we recommend you also reconfirm any special meal
or service requests and ensure your seat is pre-assigned. |

When do I need to check-in for my flight? |
| Ans.All international
flights require a minimum 2 hour check in. In airports with heightened security
or traffic volumes, we recommend at least 3 hours. Domestic flights require
a 1 hour advance check in. |
| Q7.
How far in advance should I book my flight? |
| Ans.The further in advance
you book, the greater the chance that there will be inexpensive seats available
on the flights you want. With the Standard Ticket you will generally need
to purchase your tickets 7-21 days in advance if you want a decent rate.
However, if you must travel last minute, don't worry; the STA Travel Student
Ticket can be purchased right up until the day of departure on most airlines.
